Black and red dot markers, paper plate, black pipe cleaners, black construction paper, scissors, and glue.
Cut a paper plate in half and prepare legs and a face shape. Have your toddler stamp black and red dots onto the plate, then glue on pipe-cleaner legs and the paper face. Optional: Add a photo of your child in the center for a personal touch!
