Silo cup, small bell, pipe cleaner, construction paper, scissors, and glue
Create two holes at the top of the cup and thread a pipe cleaner through. Loop the ends to hang the bell. Cut construction paper shapes and glue them onto the cup. Show your toddler how to make it ring!
